| These panoramas come from many different photograph collections. We have chosen to include several panoramic formats, including the traditional Cirkut type images, some shorter panorama-style photos, and some that were taken as a horizontal series of photos which were intended to be displayed as a single image. Some images appear more than once if we have more than one copy or if we have both an original negative and prints. This virtual collection contains a significant percentage of the panoramas in our collections. However, many more remain to be rediscovered within the collections and whenever we find them, we scan them and add them here. Reprints of many of these panoramas may be purchased directly from the Alaska History Store. Look for the 249 panoramas are in this gallery. We add new panoramas regularly. Look for NEW on each page.
